Following the sell out success of the Midnight Matinees, we’ve decided London can’t live without them.
The Tristan Bates Theatre is excited to announce it's regular adventure into witching hour:
These are your opportunity to pilot work, try something out which breaks all the rules, or to simply get on our radar here at the Tristan Bates Theatre. We are constantly encouraging proposals and every month three new companies will have the chance to take a risk.
The Tristan Bates Theatre is undergoing a facelift over the summer and will reopen in October with a new brochure, website and online booking system, not to mention full winter season including monthly Midnight Matinees.
'So where were you in the wee hours of this morning? In bed? Oh dear. All the cool kids were at the theatre.
The Midnight Matinee is a great excuse to stay up late, have a few drinks and enjoy a few surprises, with the possibility of catching a theatrical gem in the making.'
